Watching Keith I realize that this is how people should act.
People helping people. Not being afraid to do what is right in a split second decision. Running to get a paper towel to hold on the head of a bleeding person but first asking someone else to "sit on the shooters legs". Running into the line of fire to help people and so on. This is as it should be, not attempting to kill people. Thank God for the decent people in this world.

2. This is one way of showing you are part of the human community.
These people didn't ask what political affiliation a victim was before helping them.

There is no self-serving bootstrap mentality or individualism in these scenes. When they were interviewed on CBS News, they didn't recognize or call themselves "heroes". these people all know they are part of a community, a "village".
