2. Depends on your definition of a prison cell.
I see him doing 'hard time' at some cushy federal detention facility where he has pretty decent accommodations and perks. Certainly not the ambiance you'd get if you were some loser that got convicted of a 3rd rate burglary or some crack offense.

If so, the Governor will pardon him, or at least, commute the sentence.

9. It's not a federal crime so Obama cannot pardon him
Although, Gov. Perry handpicked the members of the Texas board of Pardons and Paroles and it would be easy for him to make a few phone calls that would result in DeLay being pardoned.
