Orly Taitz is STILL at it!
Can't anyone disbar this ditwit and toss her into a rubber room? :eyes:

Taitz is looking for information that would prove that Obama’s Social Security number was from Connecticut, not Hawaii, and is therefore fraudulent.

But she’s having some inexplicable problems complying with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a)(1), which simply says that only the last four digits of a Social Security number should be used in any documents filed; the first five digits must be redacted.

Seems she repeatedly violated that rule by redacting the wrong numbers, sparking a blistering rebuke this week from Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court here, who wrote that she was “wasting the Court’s time with nonsense,” which is “not the way to have any hope of prevailing in this case.”

“After making the somewhat hysterical claim . . . that there may be ‘an employee in this court who is intentionally sabotaging’ her,” Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, wrote in his order, Taitz then “engaged” a courtroom deputy clerk “in a lengthy, accusatory conversation.”

Taitz “is either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity,” Lamberth said. “There is no logical explanation she can provide as to why she is now wasting the court’s time. ”

Evidently, US District Court sanctions don't count as Disciplinary Actions.

7. Oily Taint....
I was googling saw that and I immediately knew who it was, which was weird because this loonatic is barely a blip on my radar. I almost didn't know who Orly Taitz was referring to how is that for irony? Anyway I am voting for she is displaying her own stupidity. How would Obama get his ss no., from Connecticut anyway? She might as well filed a complaint that said "the moon is blue cheese unicorns bowling balls." for as much sense as that claim makes.

15. Bingo
I also think she's psychologically obsessed, but activists who get a following are able to treat it like a job. They plumb their supporters for $$ and continue on.

It may very well be that she can't make money any other way.

17. Dear Ms. Oily Titz,
Social Security numbers are assigned by where the card is applied for, not by where the individual is born. When Mr Obama was born it was not usual to apply for a number at birth as it is today. This is why my 2 sons, one born in Illinois and the other born in Wisconsin have numbers starting in 019. When they applied for cards, we lived in Massachusetts. This woman is dumb beyond belief!

24. It's all Entertainment
The more of you the Boys can keep distracted from the important things that need to be done, the better, as far as they are concerned.

They do it because it works. TV and Cable are the best examples of how the dumbing down of America works.

The rightwing was happy to encourage her for a while, in order to promote their goals -- just as they were happy to encourage (say) Terry Lakin for a spell

I hope she seeks professional help

26. It's hard to get disbarred.
Some lawyers steal money from clients. Some lawyers just totally screw up multiple cases, usually through neglect (often alcohol- or drug-related). Those lawyers can get suspended or disbarred.

For any other offense, disbarment is rare.

I don't know the specifics about California. As a lawyer admitted in New York, though, I'd have to admit that, in general, the bar does a poor job of policing itself.
