I want a constitutional lawyer NOW! Calling Vincent Bugliosi
Dear Mr. Bugliosi, can we sue congress for not upholding their oath to protect the constitution? This creation of the gang of 12 is not legal. We can't just lay down and take it. It is up to us now. We can't rely on politicians anymore. They are so out of touch and corrupt.

2. Sorry, but it IS legal...
Find me something in the Constitution that says Congress can't use Committees (joint or separate) to prepare legislation.

May not be a GOOD idea, but legal it is...

6. Bugliosi did criminal law
Didn't he prosecute Manson?

The Gang of 12 is legal; it's just a committee. It can't pass anything itself.
