UPDATE: Venezuela Chavez Shaves Off Hair; Calls It His 'New Look'

CARACAS (Dow Jones)--Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez spoke Monday, appearing for the first time with his hair completely shaved off, as he prepares for further rounds of chemotherapy.

"This is my new look, how are you?" the cancer-stricken leader said in broken English during a televised appearance from the Miraflores presidential palace.

3. Once most of it falls out, leaving only a halo of peach fuzz
it makes sense to shave the fuzz off.

When it comes back, it will be very curly at first. Chemo curls are great. Too bad they never last.
