We want the bankers held accountable. We want people to be able to stay in their homes. The MIC runs us and bleeds us and nobody cares. It just goes on and on.
and it just got worse

1. Start a movement or join the DLC.

2. We already have a lot of movements
They don't do any good against organized crime that has been declared legal by the corrupt courts. And rather than joining the DLC, you should recommend just joining the GOP. Same result, only you know what you're getting.

3. How? We keep expecting someone else to "do something"
and we keep voting the same corporate toadies into office again and again and expecting different results. Until we hit the streets and make things really uncomfortable to them it will just keep getting worse. Even Bill Moyers says that it will take an honest-to-God Revolution to turn this thing around.

5. Who is "we" because the people who vote
wanted the wars at the time (enough of a majority to reelect the Chimpster). The people who vote chose representatives who tried to fix the housing crisis to some extent - without it, it would have been much worse.

7. "(enough of a majority to reelect the Chimpster)"
Do you really think that W won a majority of votes in either election? I don't. That's another reason the system is broken beyond repair, stolen elections with no consequences for the thieves.

8. Marxism, people, Marxism
the oldest and most venerable anti capitalist politico-economic extant today. But until there's a solid core of Reds to scare the shit out of them, they won't settle.
