Given that it has massive military and homeland security spending cuts, exempts Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans' benefits, and any programs for the poor from cuts, guarantees the expiration of the Bush tax cuts, contains only spending caps and not itemized cuts, pushes all cuts back to 2013 so as not to harm the economy, and lifts the debt ceiling until then--when we may have a Democratic Congress to draw up a new plan--I'm not sure why people are so put out.

makes us almost as effective as Obama.
