There is no question that the democrats gave up too much

I mean for us to be declaring victory at this point is preposterous. Obama was put in a very difficult position and perhaps he felt that he was the only adult in the room. I would not be surprised if the GOP leaders were going to be alright with this country defaulting.

If you really believe that today's bill is a victory for the Democrats or Obama then you may want to check how the Repubs and Dems voted for it in the house.

The Dems were split while the Repubs voted in favor of this bill. Now how can some of you spin this as a victory is beyond me. :crazy:
