1. You know, they really ought to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Along with an IMMEDIATE TAX INCREASE until Federal revenue matches spending.

Then the next time the Republicans want to go to war -- THEY MUST RAISE REVENUES accordingly EACH TIME to fully pay for it. No more of these unfunded projects done in the name of "emergencies" like the "War on Terror."

I think that alone would end 99% of the bullshit superfluous spending that really goes on in Washington right now.

Make them put their money where their mouth is.
