Comedian Jon Stewart ridiculed Cliff Stearns in segment at the start of "The Daily Show" Tuesday night over an amendment that requires first responders sickened during and after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks to be screened against a terrorist watch list before receiving federal aid.
