My imperfect jobs and tax solution. Anyone and any company or corporation must pay ...
80% tax on any "net profit" income over $1 million. If that 80% over $1 million is invested directly into US jobs then it becomes a tax exemption. The 80% over 1 million can be reinvested into the USA company or corporation only if it directly creates US jobs. CEO's with their multimillion dollar bonuses can start up new companies with that 80% which allows them to control that money only thru the creation of jobs in the US in any way they choose. Basically you don't get any tax breaks unless you create USA jobs. Remember it's "net profit", not gross profit. Companies or corporations are still able to reinvest within their own entities to expand, retool, and maintain but if there is net profit over 1 million then it better go into jobs. TO HELL WITH STOCK HOLDERS, INVESTMENT BANKS AND WALL STREET! The only way you should be able to get rich is by creating US jobs, that's the bottom line for the "majority" of the US people.

3. At least it makes them try to prove trickle down on paper
I wouldn't get my hopes up for any meaningful tax reform though.

4. after following this very closely
I really think the Republicans don't care if the wealthy pay more taxes...that talking point, or position is beginning to look like a false narrative used to simply slash programs...starve the beast.
