1. some of those republicans were probably to the right of the bill.

3. Note: All 240 Republicans voted; 3 Democrats were recorded as not voting
The total voting and not voting does not add to 435m but only to 433.

I guess that must reflect the resignations of Wiener (D-NY) and Wu (D-WA).
