No more extended unemployment benefits
When your six months are up--you're done.

Good luck.

White House officials confirmed that there would not be an extension of unemployment benefits as part of the final package. The administration had insisted that an extension be part of the grand bargain it was negotiating with Boehner. But when those discussions fell apart, so too did efforts to ensure that unemployment insurance was part of a final package. A senior administration aide added that the president would push for an extension in the months, if not weeks, ahead.

3. Was there anything progressive in this package?
Defense cuts don't count -- our Republican former Secretary of Defense has been pushing them for years. Seriously, did those of us who are left of center -- or, hell, left of Reagan -- get anything out of this deal?

8. Now wait a minute...we ALREADY got these when we gave tax breaks to the rich
what the hell?

How can the small victory that we gained already be up on the chopping block, yet the victory THEY gained in the form of extended bush tax cuts not be?

13. Such utter bullshit.
Don't the fucking millionaires have enough damn money? Aren't they able to enjoy a decent life as it is? Why do they have to hurt other people when they are already doing very well for themselves. I'm so fed up with hearing about all these budget cuts when we won't even ask the rich to pay their fair share. I'm seriously fed up with our directorial system, it needs massive reform so that we can have more than two choices. I want a party that represents working people, a party where men like Kucinich and Sanders aren't the outsiders, but the status quo.
