While many here hope that this is finally the end to the career of the moron from alaska, I do not.

Grifters are an interesting bunch. While they could use their powers of swindle for good, they are much like the scorpion in the old fable between it and the turtle (or frog).

They don't know any better. That's just how they are.

She is a media whore because, really, what else does she have? She's a failed governor, and a failed vp candidate.

Oh and now add, a failed reality star. (If you hadn't heard, her halfwit show was dropped.)

And like all grifters, they don't do any one thing good. They are just competent enough to trick people, but never are quite good to convince people completely. And they know that. They are experts at floating bullshit, stretching the truth, stirring the pot and keeping close enough to the truth without having to take credit for any of the failures.

However, this time, she burned her hands on the stove. Bad enough to run them under cold water for a while and to learn a little respect for that hot stove, but not so much to keep her from trying another way to reach into that hot pot again. She is already thinking of a better way.

You see, I had the very unfortunate experience of growing up with relatives that were experts at what failin quitter attempts to do nationally.

They never ever go away. They reinvent, parse words, deny ever saying something, and do everything they can to keep things from sticking to them. The past doesn't exist to them.

While this time is vastly different. I fully expect failin quitter to back peddle and try vainly to change the topic.

The issue at hand is, what failin quitter needs to do is basically shut up. But like all good tragic characters, her fatal flaw is her inability to do just that.

She will do her best now to explain away "what she really meant". When saying nothing would do the trick.

But regardless of what happens to her now, I fully expect to see her (probably in a month or so) to conveniently forget this ever happened and to continue on as if everything is perfectly normal.

This is how grifters work. They forget about the past and think about the next con job. If they show regret, then their off their game and no one believes their bullshit.

She will learn a lesson alright. She will now learn to modify her speech in such a way as for it not to appear to be volatile speech. Expect more types of "cloaked phrases".

She will arise from her usual pile of hate speech and be reborn into a newer more choiced worded version of herself. Aka backhand compliments and insults all the while smiling her now fixed cutesy smile.

In other words: the shit phoenix.
