2. Really odd question
It's an "if ... then question": I think one has to answer the premise first (whether WikiLeaks is a news organization) before one could address the second (should it be prosecuted).

I'm not even going there. The first question is more interesting (and also more difficult) than the second.

3. I voted "no" and noted that they should not be prosecuted even if they are not a news organization.
And it's disgusting that 47% would be saying "yes."
