1. I predict drop, rise up but not all the way, and level off 1.5% down at the end of the day.

Even if the US technically defaults, everyone expects that the bills will be paid, so ultimately things will not drop too much. And the Predator Class that owns must securities knows that they are the big winners in all of this.

3. -200 today. Not a total collapse but the beginning of one. Brinkmanship
is being practiced on both sides. Having said that, I think that if the markets don't begin to slide today, we can assume that the fix has been in for awhile and all of this last minute stuff has been for show.
