Soon, *very* soon, Boner and his Owners will hear from

their Masters on Wall Street (who are probably hearing from their Masters in China right about now.) Look for soul-searching on a massive, Come-To-Jebus scale before the markets open on Monday.

Bottom line: "Boys, it's time to quit fucking around with our investment in USA Incorporated. You drama queens have had a good bit more than your fifteen minutes of fame, but this ain't no talk show. This ain't no party, this ain't no disco, this ain't no foolin' around. This is BUSINESS--and if you don't quit throwing every wrench you can find into the gears, a whole bunch of you fuckers are in danger of disappearing VERY suddenly. Understood?

There's simply too many Global Billions at stake to allow any patriotic principles or Grover Pledges to stand in the way. You Tea Party Morans are threatening the cash cow formerly known as America. You've made your little statement, now step off."

This is all going to come down to the 59th second of the 59th minute of the 11th Hour (so as to keep the maximum number of eyeballs glued to the maximum number of telescreens), but there will be a deal--probably a debt limit increase without cut one. The Big Boys have had enough of Show Biz for awhile.

The avalanche has begun. It is too late for the pebbles to vote.

:freak:

1. I thought that's what happened when McConnell offered his "option".
Maybe they'll come down harder this time, thinking Obama would have jumped at the initial offer.

Call it a sneaky.

And Boehner will need to disconnect the phone if he wants to sleep.

Probably mostly about Greece, but the whole issue of EQUITY has been on their table since way earlier this year.

5. Didn't fucking McConnell dogwhistle that they'd take care of them anyway? . . .
He said if there were taxes they wouldn't raise the cap - BUT - they wouldn't default, Wednesday I think it was. Was he promising to divvy up the spoils with certain ones after they destroy the country?

9. Boner has probably been destroyed by the Obama squeeze
Obama never wanted any of that stuff that was "on the table." What he wanted was for the teabag fuckheads to REJECT their own ideas. Now, the "responsible adults" consisting mostly of Democrats and as few Republicans as they can manage will pass a clean debt ceiling increase past Boner and the teabaggers. Once that happens, Boner is finished as Speaker, the Republicans will have no real congressional leadership, and no clear path to finding such in the near future.

10. I appreciate where you're coming from, but
it sure sounded like Obama admitted tonight that he put $650 billion in cuts to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security on the table. At least, that's what I think I heard coming out of his mouth--but that's another discussion for another time.

I am quite with you on the part that there's nothing left for the Republics to do except agree to a clean debt limit increase. They are out of time, out of room, and certainly out of ideas.
