8. Yep. Running the bulls in Pamplona...
they run with bulls down to the arena where the bullfights take place. It's a kind of narrow street, so it is dangerous. The town puts up wooden barriers but the men who run take a huge risk...(I think they are nuts).

Pamplona is a beautiful and classy town, where the people are pretty well off. You wouldn't know this to look at the news pix that come out when the bulls are run...it also has a great hotel where Hemingway stayed. In its bar (where he drank and hung out) there is a wooden statue of him (at the bar! -- damndest thing you ever saw!)...

24. I have. I lived in Siena for awhile and was right against the rail on the inner fenced circle right
the finish line for the race. Just incredible energy and excitement.
