Even State official are in this and are not at all working to provide safe, affordable, and easy access to Patients..
Going as far as re interpreting the original states laws and Guidelines..
Notice the narrow definition that has been changed on Profits made...
Collectives where allowed to make a small profit to support the normal operations and rents along with allowing Employees to get medical insurance coverage..
Not with this new definition of the States law..
It makes it impossible to open and operate a Collective in any way or form..
Now lets address the Amounts of Cannabis patients are to be able to have in possession legally..
Limits here have been shot down by the Courts in California.. politicians decided those amounts to be fair.. Not Doctors or any Patients needs were even considered...
Now with this new set of Guidelines... Officials went right back to the way they made it before the Courts said they could not do this..
So the Bottom line is California officials have no intention of moving this forward and will just continue the very same agenda to eradicate Cannabis all together while clocked as a Advocates..
Just keep on Arresting Good American People and Confiscating their Property as Bonuses for LEOs...
