Senate Defeats "Dodge, Duck, & Destroy"

Senate has voted down the House-passed "cut, cap, and balance" bill. (CNN Breaking News).

Now that this charade is over, can we raise the debt ceiling and cut the national debt by $4 trillion by letting Bush's tax cuts expire?
