guest arguing that the ready availability of birth control causes societal pressures on women to offer sex more freely than they might otherwise truly prefer. This was in the context of the costs of the women's health bill partly cosponsored by Barbara Mikulski and a factoid stating that even with ready availability pregnancy rates are going up.

I guess we can see that the obvious conclusion is that cutting women's health benefits will restore the American family as well as "fiscal sanity," right?
