I just turned him off because he's giving air time to a teabagger, and will hopefully remember to turn back on when the idiot's gone. Here are some from the last update (working from memory):

Cuts SS, Medicare, Medicaid benefits
Implements the new COLA counting to further reduce benefits
Cuts tax rates for those making more than $150K
Increases tax rates for everyone else
Cuts funding for HeadStart and other similar programs
Specifies that any tax loopholes that are closed MUST BE OFFSET BY REDUCTIONS IN THE TAX RATE
Any increased revenues from the tax changes must be put toward deficit reduction, and not toward spending programs

Apparently it follows the Reagan "Lower taxes means more revenue" bizarro.
