Octomom Nadya Suleman Gets Into Mid-Air Fight With Kristen Johnston

A war of words erupted on a Los Angeles-bound flight on Friday between Nadya Suleman (aka Octomom) and former "3rd Rock From the Sun" actress Kristen Johnston.

TMZ reports that the mom was flying with her mega-large brood of 12, taking up nearly the entire business class section on a flight from New York.

The flight was delayed for more than two hours, and her large gaggle of children weren't having any of it. That's when Johnston stepped in. The actress asked Octomom to keep her children quiet, to which Nadya implored: "How would you like me to keep eight 2-year-olds quiet?"

Johnston's response? "Get more help!" At that, Octomom told the actress, whom she claims she didn't know was famous at the time (would that have changed anything?), "Why don't you grow a baby and get a life?"

Johnston returned to her seat but at one point, according to Suleman's rep, got off the plane and didn't return.

So if you have that many kids you should never go anywhere in public unless you can afford to pay for an assistant so your toddlers (in their "terrible twos" !) won't make any noise and inconvenience others?

I do not know who Octomom is, but I do would not begrudge her the right to take her entire brood on an airplane trip if she chooses to do so.

I just can't imagine how hard it would be. And people complain because she's not doing it 'good enough.'

I was a nanny, and worked in day care in my 20's. There are state-imposed limits on the number of 18-24 month olds I could have in my class, for instance, and it was less than eight!

Imagine the happiness of everyone else in business/first class, who paid a premium for their seats, wanted some peaceful enjoyment, and spent their flight watching every FA on the plane cater to Octomom and her "brood". Octomom should be thankful every day of her life I wasn't on the same flight with her; I would have had a comeback to the "grow a baby" comment that would have her in tears at the least.

People get arrested/prosecuted for animal hoarding. Octomom's done it with human beings.

It was completely unnecessary. I understand that she needs to do whatever it takes to earn enough money to rise her 14(!) children but she simply has to say no to unreasonable requests. This was an unreasonable request. NBC could have sent a camera crew to her home.
