2. In Vermont? Bernie probably has the safest seat in the Senate.
He's a National Hero. Let the Repukes throw their money away. It will help the Vermont economy, but it won't hurt Bernie Sanders.

10. There is more than one way to "take out" the Senator. Just ask Weiner and Spitzer.
Ask Alan Grayson and Kucinich.
Sen Sanders must live a clean life or he'd be already gone. I am sure Karl Rove has ways of taking out the good Senator. Dont underestimate our opponents. They are ruthless and have unlimited funding.

The Revolution is Waiting.

Wellstone's plane crash was anything but an accident.

23. No that's not correct. What you mean is that those that investigated the accident didnt find any
evidence. There is a lot of difference. I think skepticism is healthy.

26. You're assuming that the...
NTSB had some reason not to find evidence that it was anything other than an accident.

If you have evidence that it was something other than an accident, you should present it.

34. I am making no such assumption. Just because they didnt find evidence, doesnt mean a crime wasnt
committed. Some of our "special forces" are very good at their trade.

36. Jesus...
now you're implying the special forces were involved?

Were they similarly involved when Ted Stevens, John Heinz and John Tower (all GOP) all died in small plane crashes?

41. What were John Heinz and John Tower doing at the time their planes crashed?
Answer that question and you'll know why they died and who is responsible.

And the responsible parties have a long history of "coincidences" with small plane crashes.

Just ask Salem Bin Laden. Or that guy who helped them rig the Diebold machines in Ohio in 2004.

43. I am implying that people can be killed w/o the authorities finding evidence. The fact that
evidence couldnt be found doesnt mean a crime wasnt committed. If you think everything is good, then good for you. I am skeptical when good people keep dying, knowing that the big money can do a lot.

44. This is like when RWers claimed....
during the Clinton impeachment that "the lack of evidence against Clinton just shows how sneaky he is".

The cause of Wellstone's plane crash was explained well by the NTSB.

He is a national treasure. I would LOVE to live in the land of Sanders and Dean. The state that broke the mold with gay marriage. Seems to be some reasonable people living in those parts. I just wish I wasn't allergic to cold weather and snow.

25. This is not an era for complacency, but outside "influence" in Vermont is very visible.
People in Vermont resent it pretty strongly. I used to live in Vermont, and I voted to get him into the Congress. I had left by the time he moved to the Senate, too bad for me.

I'll send him some funds, but it'll be a very hard row to hoe for the RNC to try to take him out. Thank goodness!

29. A scandal (even a fake one) isn't likely.
Assassination on the other hand, would be sadly far too easy if they had some one who could get to him. Nobody would question it if an older guy dropped dead, seemingly of a heart attack or stroke.

Far less messy than Dallas, Memphis, or the Ambassador Hotel operations :scared:
