4 more Montana medical marijuana providers charged in federal crackdown

That brings the total indictments to 10 in a crackdown of medical pot providers that first surfaced in March when 26 homes and businesses were raided by federal agents.

Evan James Corum, Jonathan Janetski, Michael Kassner and Tyler Roe have been indicted on charges of conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. The 35-year-old Corum, from Whitefish, is also charged with money laundering and conspiracy to launder monetary instruments.

The 43-year-old Janetski, 24-year-old Kassner and 29-year-old Roe are all from Kalispell. They face the additional charge of conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

All four pleaded not guilty Wednesday to the charges in federal court in Missoula. They have been released on special conditions.
