Sheriff investigating Wisconsin court choking incident
MADISON, Wis. -- A Wisconsin sheriff says he is investigating allegations that one state Supreme Court justice choked another during a meeting.

Liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley claims conservative Justice David Prosser put her in a chokehold during an argument in the Capitol on June 13. The incident happened when the justices were discussing a ruling upholding Gov. Scott Walker's polarizing union rights law.

9. I am fairly certain that if I threatened a judge over a case they are hearing ...

... I would be charged with something a whole lot bigger than just Assault and Battery. Allegedly it was a pending case argument that led to his attack.

6. In some states, what judges do is absolutely privileged
Dunno about Wisconsin, but I suspect they also have some sort of protection.

12. He does have protection though--
He does have protection though--it's called Atty. Gen. VanHollen. Think he'd effectively prosecute a case against Prosser?

It's all part of the racket. It's why R's are so daring in WI right now. They know the WI Sup. Court will uphold every bill they pass, and they know JB won't prosecute for anything illegal they do get caught on.

Unaccountability? Thy name is WIGOP.
