MADISON -- Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is declining to comment, but at least three sources tell Wisconsin Public Radio about an attack on Bradley by fellow Justice David Prosser.

WPR and the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism report an argument occurred between Prosser and Bradley before the high court released its decision on collective bargaining rights and they say it got physical with Prosser allegedly grabbing Bradley around her throat.
