So no Jury Service for Palin after all...
Edited on Sat Jun-25-11 01:22 PM by HipChick
http://www.alaskadispatch.com/article/no-jury-duty-friday-palin

The jury procedure in Alaska is to send jury duty notices to a small army of people. They are given a pool number. If there pool number is called, they are to report to the court house to await possible selection to a jury.

It is rare to get picked, and a half-dozen attorneys queried by Alaska Dispatch said that they would immediately move to waive Palin if she was actually called to sit on a jury.

As one of them put it, no one would want to bring to the courtroom the circus that seems to follow in the wake of the former Alaska governor these days.

9. Is there anything she does not lie about?
Does she have jury duty or not... It matters not if she would be picked, she would have to attend.... Does Todd have to fish or lose his grounds or not... Lies Lies Lies, it is all she knows... except quiting.

6. She has a well known bias. No attorney in their right mind would allow her on the jury
for that reason alone. When I'm up for jury duty I make it very clear how liberal I am if I don't want to be on the jury. One side or the other will dismiss anyone who has strong convictions on either end of the spectrum.

7. Anything she says has a 50/85% chance of being a lie anyway.
She's such a self serving grifter.
