Commission recommends permanently closing fracking dumping wells in AR quake areas

This includes 1,150 square miles that they've been studying, alongside the US Geological Sciety since last year. The gas companies will lose about $1- 2 million if these wells are closed and will have to pay even more money to transport the fracking fluid to wells in south Arkansas,
