9. I criticized the Executive Board members when they asked about things that need to be changed

I lost a 4-3 vote to a member that never has done a thing for my local. Didn't even have great attendance to meetings. I had six written recommendations from others in labor outside my union. That included the current and past directors of the affiliated Lincoln local, largest local of any kind in the state. I had 5 pages of things I've spent $ and time on doing things for my local. So they didn't like hearing they don't do what they were elected for. That 4-3 vote is another example.
