What he did was incredibly stupid but one has to wonder if this would have made the light of day if he hadn't been going after Clarence Thomas. Then, it was all faked, websites bent over backward proving it. The pixels were off, the image was uploaded through a different program, the photo was cropped and upside down, etc. Then comes the press conference mentioned above, linked below..

I don't recall any of that coming up in the press conference. It seems the biggest problem the conspiracy theorists have to over come is Anthony Weiner himself....
