Four days after telling the world he was resigning from Congress, Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) still hasn't officially left office.

House Speaker John Boehner has yet to receive a copy of the sexting-scandalized Weiner’s resignation letter, spokesman Michael Steel said Monday.

Weiner and his wife, Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, were last seen at a Long Island supermarket en route to the Hamptons. His spokesman told the New York Post Sunday that Weiner’s office is open for business.

Upon Weiner’s resignation, the House clerk’s office will assume responsibilities for running his office.
