I've seen "Diamond Doyle" blog on the jsonline.com blogs several times. In each instance, he purports to represent a left-leaning point of view, but always seems to do so in a manner that brings discredit to the left. Or am I simply being overly suspicious?


Today's example...

The republicans are ruining this country!

You know things are bad when you don't need a college degree to be governor but then someone like me, who has a college degree in video game character development can't even find work!

Thanks Jim Doyle, a real governor, my education was paid for by grants otherwise I would be in a much worse financial hardship than I already am in. I've been looking hard for a job but all I have been able to find are jobs at factories and at Menards. Why should I have to do that when I have a college degree? I shouldn't have to and I WON'T!!

Then, as if things aren't already bad enough, Scott Walker comes along and wants to make it more difficult for me to collect unemployment.

I'll admit that I really don't understand what is going on in this article but I'm sure just goes to further exemplify how bad Governor Dropout is for Wisconsin.

6. For me it's the "I WON'T work" coupled with the "waaaa they want to take my unemployment away"

that gives it away.

This is exactly how they see us. Refusing to work - because of course we ALL have these useless, artsy-fartsy degrees - and yet stomping our feet with outrage DEMANDING more "free" money.

7. College grads I know tend to be highly successful

Last week, I was specifically praised by my college's commencement speaker for inspiring him when he was my student. He is a deputy prosecutor in my city today.

May I add he was once a poor black kid from the south side of Chicago?

The difference between Troll Mole's story and mine is that mine actually happened.
