Wisconsin considers Mandatory Concealed Carry in Bars law--

Sen. Terry Moulton (Idiot, Chippewa Falls) proposed legislation today that will require anyone entering any establishment that serves liquor to be armed with a loaded weapon with all safety mechanisms disengaged. Moulton says drunken gunfights in saloons would be the most efficient answer to a number of problems ranging from overpopulation, chronic unemployment and drunk driving to jail and prison overcrowding.
