Birther still not "satisfied"
In my local paper this morning...

"To the Editor:

When is our country going to wake up and demand that the president show proof of his citizenship? Why is the media ignoring the greatest conspiracy ever perpetrated on the American people? There is extensive proof that his live birth and long birth certificates are forgeries. There is proof he was a citizen of Indonesia and came here on a scholarship as a foreign student. When will the truth be told?

His name should not appear on the 2012 ballots for our next election, he is not qualified.

I am urging all who read this to write your senators and congressmen to request we pass a law in our state to demand proof of eligibility for all nominees to run in any election. And while we're at it, demand that the Congress have a term limit for serving only twice.

Maggie Colburn
Colonial Heights"

What issues concern you the most? (Please check all that apply)
Illegal Alien Amnesty & Open Borders, Globalism, Socialism, Tax Increases, Climate Alarmism, Judicial Activism, Universal Healthcare, Gun Control, Social Liberalism

My biggest concern about the current administration, congress, country, and or the leftist agenda is?
First, I do not believe he is a US Citizen, I believe he is a usurper out to destroy our country and capitolism. He is stirring up racism in America and has a fringe coalition in his cabinet. He is burying us with his bailouts and is not a Christian.

16. "He is stirring up racism in America"
How dare he attempt to be a President and African American at the same time!

<sarcasm>

14. Whack job is right...
I wouldn't go so far as to claim the person is a racist. Or a racist whack job.

Unless there's irrefutable proof that she would NOT demand the same thing from a white person born in...oh...France, for example.

Is there proof of this?

She's also calling for a term limit on members of Congress...who, I seem to recall, are of mixed ethnicity.

Why is one situation called "racist" and the other one isn't?

2. It's such a small percentage of folks
and nothing will change their mind. Let them waste all their time dissecting every ounce of minutia they can I say. I have seen it in other areas, wherein people can conflate any detail to fit an agenda that will go nowhere.

13. The psychology of the conspiracy theorist.
This sort of warped thinking isn't rare when you consider all of the different "conspiracies" that different groups buy into. Some of these folks reside right here, although the conspiracies they believe in are different than this one.
