One of you DUers has this answer. Can a Supreme Court Justice be arrested and sent to jail?
I know that they can be impeached but otherwise we are stuck with them. But, can they go to jail? It might not get Thomas off the court but it would stop him from ruling on cases.

Just curious about the options with this Supreme Court Criminal.

1. Theoretically, yes. Realistically, not a chance in hell.
The resulting constitutional crisis would absolutely cripple the government's ability to act on anything.

Forget about it. It ain't happening.

5. If they committed murder, yes...
Though if it were one of the gang of five Rethugs, it would probably require them doing so on live tv and the victim being the equivalent of the "saintly" Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, or Sarah Palin. (Even the murder of the late Mother Teresa would likely not do it, if it were one of the RETHUGS)
