Nashville — A man who was in the audience at a recent Tracy Morgan show in Nashville said that the well-known comedian and "30 Rock" actor went beserk when talking about how he'd treat a gay son: 'I'd kill him.' Audience member Kevin Rogers, who is gay, wrote about the June 3 show on Facebook:

"I've been a big fan of his since his days at SNL. The show was your typical hysterical dick, cum and pussy humor... I have to say it was hilarious and well worth at least 40% of the $86 we spent per ticket to see him. I figured at some point the gay jokes would fly and I'm well prepared for a good ribbing of straight gay humor," Rogers wrote. However, Rogers said that this didn't feel like humor; Morgan's whole demeanor changed when he started in on the gay jokes and that he seemed "truly filled with hate against us."

"He said if his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N (one word I refuse to use) to death," Rogers wrote. "Tracy then said he didn't fucking care if he pissed off some gays, because if they can take a fucking dick up their ass... they can take a fucking joke. Rogers said that about a dozen people walked out. Truth Wins Out Social Media Director Evan Hurst said that if these allegations are true, Morgan went too far.

"Comedians have long pushed the envelope in tackling controversial subjects," he said. "Indeed, it's part of their job description, and good comedians are able to do this and keep everybody laughing at the same time. However, abject hatred directed at vulnerable kids is not comedy, by anyone's definition. If these reports are true, we expect a full explanation and apology."

Tracy Morgan is reportedly a raging homophobe. Who knew? 30 Rock star and former SNL alum Tracy Morgan’s June 3rd stand-up routine drove offtrack, and eventually off a cliff when the comedian went on a homophobic tirade while onstage in Nashville, Tennessee. Morgan reportedly attacked President Obama for supporting the LGBT community, called homosexuality a choice, and even threatened to stab his own son to death if he ever came home from school and told his father he was gay.

When the audience began to turn on Morgan, he reportedly remarked that “if gays can take a dick up their ass, they can take a joke.” Kevin Rogers, who was in the audience, shared his account of the hateful incident with Truth Wins Out. Mr. Morgan took it upon himself to mention about how he feels all this gay shit was crazy and that women are a gift from God and that “Born this Way” is bullshit, gay is a choice, and the reason he knows this is exactly because “God don’t make no mistakes” (referring to God not making someone gay cause that would be a mistake).

He said that there is no way a woman could love and have sexual desire for another woman, that’s just a woman pretending because she hates a fucking man. He took time to visit the bullshit of this bullying stuff and informed us that the gays needed to quit being pussies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying. He mentioned that gay was something kids learn from the media and programming, and that bullied kids should just bust some ass and beat those other little fuckers that bully them, not whine about it. He said if his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N (one word I refuse to use) to death. He mentioned that Barack Obama needed to man up and quit being all down with this just because he has a wife and two daughters. All of this being followed by thunderous cheer and “You go Tracys”. Tracy then said he didn’t fucking care if he pissed off some gays, because if they can take a fucking dick up their ass… they can take a fucking joke.

Oh HELL no. It’s worth noting that Morgan works under Tina Fey, an outspoken advocate for the LGBT community. She has been pressed for a comment on Morgan’s hateful meltdown, but has yet to respond. Morgan’s publicist, Nicole Charbot, issued this statement to Instinct: “There is no comment. Thank you.” Thank us? Try begging our forgiveness. We’re guessing this is just the beginning of this story.

It’s worth noting that Morgan’s homophobic meltdown just happened to be in Tennessee, the current Homophobic Cup holder of our glorious nation. In recent weeks, Tennessee has stripped LGBT employment discrimination protections from the law, and of course passed the Don’t Say Gay Bill through the senate. Not that they needed they help, but Morgan’s tirade puts them miles ahead in the race for America’s most anti-gay state. Lovely.

5. I've like some of Morgan's comedy in the past, but

this is inexcusable. I will personally post "don't support this homophobe" messages and his most popular YouTube videos. He show his vial inhuman side at this show. And, there is nothing "purportedly" about his remarks. Too many witnesses have come forward and told us what he said.

NEW YORK -- Tracy Morgan says he's sorry for telling an audience that he would "pull out a knife and stab" his son for being gay.

The comedian and actor on NBC's "30 Rock" apologized Friday to his fans and the gay and lesbian community for what he called "my choice of words" during his June 3 appearance at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

A Facebook account posted by an audience member said Morgan's stand-up performance was full of homophobic references. The Ryman Auditorium issued its own apology afterward for Morgan's behavior.

I can't find any words from NBC or Tina Fey or the 30 Rock producers just yet. The show could suffer a ratings backlash whether or not your theoretical episode about T Jordan "coming out" or T leaving ever materializes.

show, a wet blanket to the project. Why they have him there at all is beyond me. Maybe he has the same reading tutor as Tina's kid or something. Oh, that't right. SNL. Lorne the bigot says Tracy the Bigot is a Superstar. Lorne owns both Tina and Tracy, they are his personal property. Lorne also used to own and operate Victoria Jackson and other homophobes. And let's not forget to notice that the most profane, crude comic going invokes God when he wants to be a bigot, because he's afraid to just be Tracy the Bigot. It is common in the straight community to claim to speak for God on sexual matters. Obama does it too. Why is it that the 'faith community' is never upset by this sort of thing? Because they agree with Tracy Morgan. They also hate and call that divine.
Tracy and his fellow religious bigots are bad citizens. He is a Grand Dragon, not one bit different.
If NBC does not fire him, they have to be boycotted.

Stand-up comics may have the right to 'work out' their material in its ugliest and rawest form in front of an audience, but the violent imagery of Tracy’s rant was disturbing to me at a time when homophobic hate crimes continue to be a life-threatening issue for the GLBT Community."

NBC chairman Bob Greenblatt: "...I am pleased to see Tracy Morgan apologizing for recent homophobic remarks in his standup appearance. We will always recognize an artist’s freedom to express him or herself, but not when reckless things are said no matter what the context."
