Is arrested development considered a mental illness?
One of Weiner's proponents, who thinks he should stay, said, yes, he has a mental illness but should stay in office. He says, that the only person he's hurt is himself and his wife.

BTW, very impressed with google. I can't find that racy photo that everyone is talking about.

5. No, but sex addiction is.
Cybersex is just as destructive when it becomes an addiction that can, as it has, endangered one's relationship and career.

6. An apt description of the popular media
Witness their juvenile fixation on anything to do with private parts on well-known persons. You see the same sniggering, gossipy attitude out of the mean girls clique or the jock bullies in junior high school While that's all well and good for 13 year olds coming to terms with their own maturation, but I have no explanation for why it's such an obsession for allegedly grown men and women in the popular media.
