Weiner broke no significant laws that I know of. He doesn;t represent my district.
He was duly elected, who are we to tell him not to serve? Let the chips fall where they may. This still is (kind of) a Democracy. If Weiner quits that's his choice. If the House decides to brings action against him, that's their choice, and the full House gets its say. If Weiner wants to run again, it becomes the voters choice. And all of us are free to support or oppose him in the legal manner of our choice, including mouthing off on message boards about it.

1. People around here get pretty self-righteous when it is 'easy pickings'.
My respect for the institution is great, my respect for the people that run the institution is very little. Does that mean Weiner needs to go...like you said let the chips fall where they may.

He is though a moron because he choices have brought about a huge distraction where important issues should be discussed.

3. How can I link to something I said to my knowlwedge does not exist?
I was putting a frame on my opinion on the matter. Had he broken significant laws I would feel it appropriate to call for him to resign. As it is I do not, as I neither serve with him nor am represented by him.
