4. I have a theory, and it involves those spaceships they discovered behind Pluto.
I think Pluto just found out we demoted them to non-planet status. You NEVER want to disrespect Pluto like that.

3. I was hoping somebody would put this together
since I was too lazy to do it myself.

The clustering is interesting...

10. I am thinking more an ilegal release
toxic, or just agriculture crap. Yes poo from pigs in the concentrations is not healthy for the land. Same goes for chickens...

14. But look at the map
It looks like something huge that bounced off both sides of the North Atlantic, down to South America, than swept up through the east side of Australia and up to Japan.

I wonder what the weather was like in the areas where this thing hit land? Was it raining?

17. They would burn.
Nah I'd say the one in Japan and Australia was unrelated. The Ausies are having a problem with rain in New South Wales... as in lots of it. Japan has had a cold snap.

The ones in the US... we are seeing a cluster. Oh and of course the ding, ding, ding moment was... it was fireworks, during the day? And bodies picked in HAZMAT suits?

Somebody knows more than they are telling.

6. Didn't we all do this dance a few years ago?
Seems like when the massive bird-die was here in Austin, we had the same round of "Wow! It's happening everywhere!" threads.

20. You're onto something
I believe this map is misleading. It is not a map of mass animal deaths as such but simply a map of news reports about mass animal deaths. Not quite the same thing. After the recent blackbird flap the media has become overly sensitive about any similar event and thus we're seeing more news reports on the topic. I suspect these occurences are more common than we realise and that we just don't hear about them.

That's not to say this isn't all very interesting but if it is interesting it's only because it demonstrates how the media works and not because it points to some mysterious dark portent. On the other hand, I'm a fully paid up subscriber to the Fortean Times so I couldn't possibly preclude a more entertaining explanation :-)

22. Gozer the Traveler
He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him, that of a giant Slor! Many Subs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!
