A question - WARNING: Pics of the infamous crotch shot in this post

Here's what I don't understand about the notorious YFROG photo - THE ANGLE OF THE SHOT. The way it was posted, it appears as if the camera was facing the subject and pointing the lens down:



I'm not a man. Just the same, it seems to me, if the photographer of the crotch was the person who owned the crotch, they would have to do some seriously fancy arm twisting to obtain the overhead/facing the body angle. It seems to me, that if I were going to self photograph my junk, it would look more like this:



Now (if you're still with me) is it possible that Congressman Weiner is hesitant to claim the crotch is not his because there is the possibility that someone else surreptitiously took a "downcrotch" shot of him at the gym?

I realize I sound wacky but that angle, as originally posted, is pretty wacky too.

It could have been taken very easily with an iphone 4 because the details are very good. Many phones make it possible for you to take your own picture without having to twist like a pretzel.
