EYE WITNESS FROM SUPREME COURT RECOUNT FILES FORMAL COMPLAINT

AGAINST GAB FOR ELECTION FRAUD

Private Citizen Charges Director Kevin Kennedy and Clerk Kathy Nickolaus

Madison, Wisconsin May 31, 2011 Barbara With, observer at the recount for the controversial 2011 Wisconsin Supreme Court election between incumbent David Prosser and Joanne Kloppenburg, is filing a formal complaint with the Government Accountability Board against its director Kevin Kennedy.

Controversy arose after Kloppenburg was announced the winner of the April 5th election, and two days later Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus (R) claimed to have found untabulated votes from the city of Brookfield, allegedly giving Prosser the win.

Early on, an open records request revealed Nickolaus had special software installed on her machine by the GAB, apparently different than every other clerk in the state. An email from Rusk County Clerk Denise Wetzel, sent April 8 to Nickalous and other clerks, read, “Please note that the program Kathy uses is not the new canvass reporting program that is in the (Statewide Voter Registration System) that we all have been using as of late. It is a completely different program that was created by GAB for Kathy to accumulate her votes prior to uploading them into the program that the rest of us use.”

Over the course of the five days With spent observing, she and several other observers will testify to witnessing repeated and various forms of gross negligence on the part of Waukesha in handling the ballots and reconciling the recounted numbers. Evidence includes continual violations in the chain of custody for multiple ballot bags including sealing of ballot bags to allow votes to be added or removed; bag numbers scratched off, missing or mismatched with seal numbers; ballot bags with duct tape patches; blank ballots with clerks’ signatures signed in advance; and a touch screen tape registering votes being taken on March 30, 2011, 1:40 AM.

Aside from bag anomalies, the recount process in Waukesha varied greatly from other counties. “In the City of Milwaukee, all evidence—envelopes, ballot bags, poll books and ballots—were kept together and reconciled at the table with the same poll workers and observers. In Waukesha, the evidence was separated, and no poll worker or observer was able to corroborate the final reconciliation of the votes.”

With also builds her case on the original suit that was filed against Kennedy’s 2005 decision to contract with Accenture, the controversial voting systems management company that Kennedy had been repeatedly warned away from by state legislators, elections experts and his own staff.

“The overwhelming evidence from the recount, together with the fact that in 2005, Mr. Kennedy knowingly and willing put my vote at risk by entering into a contract with a company documented as making and operating the machines used to perpetrate election fraud in 2004,” With says, “creates substantial doubt about the fair and legal handling of the Supreme Court election, and frankly, every election since. If the Board continues to ignore this evidence and claim Prosser to be the winner, they will be intentionally abandoning the Wisconsin and US Constitution, as well as their own code of ethics by demonstrating their allegiance to the corporation that owns our voting system contracts over their responsibility to protect our votes. That’s wrong, illegal and unethical all rolled into one.”

With has a groundswell of support from all across the country. “We all saw the fraud, day after day in Waukesha. It literally made us nauseous. Observers have been stepping up, offering to testify at the investigation. Frankly, I won’t be surprised when we figure out Scott Walker isn’t really our governor. That is a very real possibility. ”

1. Further Comment from Barbara With,
Edited on Tue May-31-11 08:48 AM by Pharaoh
"Every politician will soon be called to answer the two following questions:

Do you support giving Scott Walker the power to remove elected officials and take our land?

Do you stand with the corporations that are controlling our voting systems and whoever is "silently" behind them, or do you stand with the people of the state of Wisconsin and citizens of the USA in making decisions to protect our votes?"

And~

"TODAY WE BEGIN TO TURN UP THE VOLUME! START SPEAKING UP AND OUT! ELECTION FRAUD IS REAL. I saw it with my own eyes. I saw the open bags of ballots, I saw the touch screen tape saying the votes were cast at March 30 1:40 AM, I saw the crossed off seal numbers, and you can too. TURN UP THE VOLUME and get ready to bring the traitors into the light..."

6. A draft was posted on DU, and two DU suggestions were included...
...in Ms. With's final letter. (Sorry, I can't verify this as I'm not a Facebook user, but have it on good authority the suggestions were included.)

These suggestions were to copy Eric Holder and Jimmy Carter.

Thanks DU !!!

12. Sometimes I wonder whether TPTB are "getting to" the Dems
who want to contest their fishy election defeats--either with threats or with promises of some future benefit.

14. It's really hard to believe that Kloppenburg conceded.
Wow, I'm stunned. There are so many irregularities, so many stolen elections, so many rigged counts, so many judges intervening to prevent a fair and accurate vote count.

I no longer have any faith in our elections. It's all one big scam. I wish I didn't live in a 3rd world nation where they don't even care if there is a fair and accurate election.
