JoAnne Kloppenburg is expected to announce on Tuesday whether she will request a judicial review of the recount results in her Supreme Court race against Justice David Prosser.

Kloppenburg will make her announcement at a news conference at 11 a.m. in Madison.

State election officials certified the results of the recount of the April 5 election for state Supreme Court, declaring that Prosser has been re-elected to another 10-year term on the court by 7,004 votes.
