Libya like Iraq and Afghanistan, is becoming DU wallpaper
ho hum. just another war the U.S. is engaged in.

I'm not criticizing that reaction. I find it pretty easy to understand. I feel so hopeless about military adventurism, continued under Obama, not all that differently from how it was conducted under bush.

1. Yep, and all three, no matter what Obama does, will be defended
tooth and nail. As long as it is our guy waging the wars, the wars are good. Sick how far we have come.

2. Hopeless. That's just about how I feel.
Same old wars. Same old tax cuts. Same old domestic social program cuts. There's nobody to vote for except people who promote these things. Hopeless.

5. I was not aware of this, thanks.
That's what it took to get us out of Vietnam, Congress cut off the funding. Otherwise I believe we'd still be there to this day, hemorrhaging lives, limbs, and treasure.
