Is the DU search function down for everyone?

A DU search of stock market watch returns:

403. That’s an error.

8. Simple and Advanced searches work fine, for the google search I get

4. Mine isn't ... But while the specific DU search works...

the Google search DU or the Web search at the top of the page hasn't worked for some time... I get the same error that the OP...

9. Yes... I really never use it except by accident...

;) So, I didn't feel too concerned about it. Someone said it was the only way for non-donors to search (not sure if that is true)

5. Yes, it has been for days now, but I really question what small percentage of DU uses it.

I routinely see the same stories posted over and over again, something that could easily be discovered with a search since good citizens are supposed to check for duplicates. Some of the worst offenders of this are the frequent posters who evidently never check to see if a story has been posted in their haste to get a new thread up.
