Run Sarah Run. We want you too
Popular theory is that the Left is scared of Palin because she represents wholesome family values. Whatever!!!

Lets talk about her family values:

Track first thank him for his service but lets not remember why...loved to party and steal vehicles,

Bristol... Couldn't finish regular High School and got pregnant out of wedlock

Willow... got caught breaking into other peoples homes but blamed it all on her friends.

Piper and Trig are cute.

Sarah herself? Way to weird and the "half-term twittering quitter grifter does not represent any family values I and my family hold dear.

My Dad served in the Koren Conflict. My mom had 6 kids all with High School Diplomas and 4 with College Degrees. We all go to Church on Sunday, Wed and are very active with mission work and music ministry. We all have children who are strong and active within our respective churches. They are also holding down jobs or in college (except for the last two who are 4 and 5 months)

NOTHING she or her family does represents any kind of family values my family or my friends want any part of. We are hard working honest people who truly care about others. We don't want or hog the spotlight, we don't look for grifting opportunities. We work hard, play hard and love strong.

To me, Sarah Palin is in class with Kate Gosselin and they are both trash and not worth any energy. But go ahead Sarah...RUN... baby run...

3. "We all go to Church on Sunday, Wed "
this is admirable? Makes you better than her? I'm against her too. But church attendance means nothing, it's what's in your heart.

5. not trying to be better
but popular thinking is that us "dirty hippy lefties" don't go to church and I "repudiate" that way of thinking

so when Sarah Grifter was "riding" My family was in church learning about how God Blesses when we help others and look to him for guidance.

12. and then turn around and judge her
when Jesus STRAINS to tell us to judge no one. I feel as you do... It's hard not to. She needs to go away and her uppity way of thinking. We're all in this together. Church attendance has nothing to do with anything. Sarah is one of us, not some mythical "them"
:hi:

7. well
Taking Sarah Palin seriously on any policy matter -- foreign or domestic -- is laughable, as is that commentary. She has demonstrated time and again to be ill-informed, incurious and irresponsible. "Palin doctrine"? In what respect, Charlie?

11. I am a grammar nazi because when I was working,
I was a copy editor. I cringe to see all the grammar, misspelling and punctuation errors in many posts, but I keep my mouth shut out of politeness.

15. I used to keep my mouth shut
But at some point I decided I'm not doing someone a favor when I let him continue to appear uneducated and/or lazy.

13. No, I don't want to see her run.
I don't want to have to listen to her or see her or deal with her at all anymore. She's an embarrassment, a joke and not fit for the national spotlight.

I'm really saddened that the level of political discourse in our country has devolved to this point that Sarah Palin is even a consideration for POTUS by anyone much less 30% of the country.

19. The Koren Conflict

- more on Ed Koren here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ed_Koren

OK, sorry, couldn't resist.

I see your point, but like others here I'm old enough to remember when I thought Ronald Reagan was a joke. He claimed trees put out more pollution than cars, offered nothing but vague platitudes and scary prejudices, and still got elected president. If Palin can somehow be mainstreamed between now and Nov. 2012, the joke could be on us.

On the other hand, I think Obama and the Democrats are in a strong position if they can manage to not screw up the opportunity that this next election cycle presents.

20. I don't want her to run because it's difficult
to see so-called progressives calling a woman a bitch and whore. I would rather not have to see that sexist crap for months and months and lose all respect for the left.

22. me too...but she will run
and she will be framing her candidacy in terms of George Washington's reluctance to serve - but "did it for the common good" POV. She's been laying the ground work for a while and connected the dots today on the sarahpac website.
