Pennsylvania won't be having any festivals in 2011

The new speaker (R) of the house in PA proclaimed, when speaking on budget cuts:
"We don't get to spend it on festivals!"
referring to money allocated for a Jazz festival in Philly.

Damn. Talk about a downer. Pollute the water by allowing the gas comapanies to drill, then proclaim nobody gets to have any fun anymore either!

here every single day...and not paying even one cent in taxes.
