7. We're getting set up here in Mid Missouri

Had fast moving squall line run through here about an hour and a half ago. Dumped a decent amount of water and moved on. Now the sun is out, temp is heating back up, and the humidity is way up. Classic set up for some serious storms or a tornado.

Springtime in Missouri. I'm really looking forward to the end of this rain and these storms. We've got way to much moisture right now, and any rain that falls simply rolls off and hits the streams, creeks and rivers, which are already right at flood stage.

I hope there will be no more fatalities or heartbreak from the latest round of these storms. It breaks my heart looking at the images from the last round of them.

9. Big cold storm entered Colorado today and will be pushing across the heartland tomorrow

A warming trend is coming by weeks end and hopefully will give these people some relief. I hope and pray that they pay attention and get to safety when needed.
