Attorney claims disability access problems in Lodi
LODI, CA - A Sacramento-area attorney, famous for filing lawsuits against businesses over the issue of disability access, has notified businesses in Lodi they're not following the law.

Scott Johnson recently sent letters to Brodie Jayne Photography, and Paul's Safe Lock and Key Service, informing them their buildings are not in compliance and they have 90 days to fix the problems.

Johnson has filed more than a 1,000 lawsuits through the years, angering business people and fellow attorneys, who question his motives.

"What's his goal? Does he want businesses to comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), or is he looking for a quick payoff," said Lodi attorney Kristina Fluetsch.
