5. If I were a shareholder, I would. B&N is on its deathbed.
But, Malone has a habit of buying sick companies cheap, and doesn't always turn them around.

I figure they'll just board up most of the old brick and mortar retail book outlets or turn them into storefront fundamentalist churches. Then, they'll burn all the (bad) books. :evilgrin:
